Where it excels and where it fails
The garden bungalow was superb. Staff were friendly and cute, especially Nirin with his cocktail brilliance. The breakfast was really good, with fresh-cooked eggs-what a delight!
Though the cleanliness met daily expectations, the restaurant lacked variety and was a bit pricier compared to nearby dining options.

Very peaceful, relaxed location. The sunset was really something to behold. Gorgeous gardens - the gardeners always seem to be doing something! The accommodation seemed brand new - very stylishly designed, just beautiful. The only negative was the locks on the doors were a little tricky to get used to. Restaurant was excellent, very flavorful food and excellent service. All the staff without exception said hello and smiled. Spa is a little tucked away but has plenty of pamper packages to choose from. Beach is shallow but beautiful - at low tide it goes a long way out and you can walk out a long way - actually I enjoyed this but swimmers may be disappointed. The sunsets and skies and natural surroundings were spectacular - I just wish I was a better photographer!
The locks on the doors took some getting used to. There is no local convenience store, but as long as you rent a motorbike/car you can nip down to Natorn (3km) so it's not really a problem. Main negative was going home :)

The resort is incredible, bungalows are very clean, modern and spacious. Staff were excellent and the food very good as well. It was an amazing experience. The beach is amazing, cristal waters, and clean. The location in the west of koh samui is excellent, much better than in crowded places as chaweng or others.
We booked for seven days and then we tell them to stay for two more, they agreed. When the seven days passed, we received a call saying that the hotel was fully booked and we had to leave. They recognise their mistake because they didn´t make the book, but we had to leave, that was an awful experience. Then they look for a similar place nearby to stay two days more, but is wasn´t the same. I would go again to the Passage, but i would pay very much attention to the booking and everything with the staff in order to be sure of everything.

Plentiful and sensational breakfast with the egg station and pastries, for example and INCREDIBLE staff. Units like in the pictures.

Outstanding food, well priced. Impeccable facilities in general, quiet and absolutely perfect location on beach. Also - near the local restaurant next to the resort, garden and several tourist spots.

The beachfront pool villa was fantastic.
The housekeeping department needs significant improvement. Our room was never cleaned during our three-night stay, quite disappointing. We returned to our room each day to find it in the same condition we left it, and this lack of attention to detail.

When they did not show up to pick us up at airport - when we had booked it two months in advance - at least the manager stayed at the resort until we arrived 1,5 hours late to apologize. That was a nice gesture.
Shower in bathroom not working, girl in restaurant gave us one drink, charged for two, gave us one bottle of water, charged for two – and ignored the big sign on the wall saying ”10% discount on new menu”. Would never recommend this to anyone. Ever.

Location, friendly staff
Airconditioners of neighbor villas are very loud at nights. Quite expensive restourant.

Had a braw time in a Villa with private pool. Staff were pure friendly, especially Beauty and Noun at the restaurant. A cracking beach too! Only downside was the poolside decking needed a bit of TLC, but overall a great escape!

Fantastic location - facing the sunset from the beach or pools. Away from the madness of Chaweng - but on Samui everything is easily reachable anyway and the resort provide shuttle to get you around or even bikes - plus car/scooter hire at good rates in the lobby if you need it. Very clean everywhere, great service. The staff were particulary freinly knowledgeable and helpful, sorting out a couple of issues I had (not with the resort but with flights) quickly and effectively even though it wasn't their problem. Great experience - a big thanks to all of the team at the Passage

3 good pools, nice villa.
beach is dirty, lots of broken glass and other rubbish. if you walk with the torch-light along the beach in the evening, you'll see so much dirt and rubbish, that you wouldn't like to enter the sea the next morning. A lot of rubbish and garbage right when the "border" of the hotel ends...
